Somerset Abbey is a beautiful historic building built in 1892, located in Madison Maine. It was once a church but we are here to serve you for all occasions, Weddings, Entertainment and Business. We're located in the heart of Madison, Maine, with easy access to Augusta, Farmington, Skowhegan, Waterville and Newport. The Chapel comfortably seats 150 guests on the original pews. The vintage, colorful stained glass will add to the ambiance of any event. We are a unique venue, offering an eclectic mix of weddings, music, events and comedy sure to please! We also offer locally made food & beverages.

Events At Somerset Abbey
Here at the Abbey we love to have a good time and we want you to join us! Come on down and enjoy one of our exciting events. We are hosting Concerts, Comedy, Plays and Educational Events as well as Weddings, Receptions and small Trade Shows and Business Meetings. All of our events will have locally made food & snacks along with a wide range of Maine brewed beer and hand crafted spirits. We do offer light catering but you are also welcome to supply your own caterer for your booked event.
Notes For Ticket Buyers
The weekday box office is located at Pizzarama, 113 Main St in Madison. Before performances the Box office is located at the Main St entrance. Doors usually open one hour prior to show time. Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted at the box office. Online you may also purchase tickets with Pay Pal on our web site www.somersetabbey.com
Unless specifically noted children ages 2 and up are required tickets as they still take up a seat. When buying tickets for your child, please be aware of your child's ability to sit through a show. We want all our guests to have a good time.
